High Precision PFA Needle Valves - NP Series

The NP series needle valve is used to adjust the flow rate of chemicals and DI water in industrial applications with maximum precision. It features a 20-turn high-resolution needle mechanism and is the industry's only high-purity, high-precision needle valve. The NP series PFA needle offers nine standard orifice sizes (non-removable) to control flow within the required range with maximum accuracy. Custom orifice sizes for higher flow rates are available upon request.

The NP series is available with 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" connections (such as Pillar-S300 and flare). Stand-alone models can be configured with either angle or straight (step-up) port positions, and manifold configurations are also available. The valve includes a user-friendly push-lock handle with a locking mechanism that prevents the handle and shaft from rotating.
